Organizing Chaos - 4.11.04

Down in San Luis Obispo. I'm looking for a place. This is a laborious quest to say the least. Here's a business idea that someone should give me 2% of the profits if they actually use it. A system that unites rentals and landlords. Renters put in their information and automaticly get credit checked. Landlords put in a few pictures of the place. Then some automatching features try and find the best match for you.

Kind of like online dating stuff, but its free for the renters. Craigslist is a good list for such things. But its just a simple list. I want something that makes the search and application part easier. Pictures are a must too. So many ratholes that I don't want to waste my time with.

If anyone in San Luis Luis wants to hang out. Or hell, if you need a roommate. I'm looking for a place that rents at $500 or under. I'm clean. Really clean. Not bullshit clean, with the clothes on the floor, but real (not fake) clean. And I'm quiet. I don't even own speakers to play music loudly.
